What we do with your address
Short version: we use it to post you stickers, then delete it 90 days later.
What we store
Your name and postal address, the email address you signed in with, and which platform you support on. We keep a record of how much you've contributed, because that's what decides whether you qualify.
Who sees it
Only the developer, who prints the envelopes. Nobody else. It isn't shared, sold, or used for anything other than posting your stickers.
How long we keep it
The address is deleted 90 days after your stickers are posted. You don't have to ask.
The one thing we keep
We always keep a scrambled, one-way version of your email address, even if you ask us to delete everything else. It's made with a secret key that isn't stored next to it, so on its own it can't be turned back into your address, and we can't send mail to it.
It's there for one reason: so that asking to be forgotten doesn't also work as a way to order a second pack. If you've claimed once, that stays true. That isn't the same as us holding nothing, and you're entitled to know it exists.
Address suggestions
If you use the address autocomplete, what you type in that one field is sent to Geoapify, which returns matching addresses. You can ignore it and type the whole address yourself.
Changing or removing it
You can edit your address yourself until the envelope is printed. After that, or if you want everything removed, email stickers@multiviewer.app. Your name, address and email are deleted. The scrambled email described above stays.
