What we do with your address
Short version: we use it to post you stickers, and then we delete it.
What we store
Your name and postal address, the email address you signed in with, and which platform you support on. We keep a record of how much you have contributed, because that is what decides whether you qualify.
Who sees it
Only the developer, who prints the envelopes. Nobody else. It is not shared, sold, or used for anything other than posting your stickers.
How long we keep it
The address is deleted 90 days after your stickers are posted. You do not have to ask.
The one thing we keep
We always keep a scrambled, one-way version of your email address, and we keep it even if you ask us to delete everything else. It is produced with a secret key that is not stored next to it, so on its own it cannot be turned back into your address, and we cannot send mail to it.
It is there for one reason: so that asking to be forgotten does not also work as a way to order a second pack. If you have claimed once, that stays true. Being straight about it: this is not the same as us holding nothing, and you are entitled to know it exists.
Address suggestions
If you use the address autocomplete, what you type in that one field is sent to Geoapify, which returns matching addresses. You can ignore it and type the whole address yourself.
Changing or removing it
You can edit your address yourself until the envelope is printed. After that, or if you want everything removed, email stickers@multiviewer.app. Your name, address and email are deleted. The scrambled email described above stays.
